We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our team in Frankfurt!

As a Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d), your goal is to represent the Huel brand in your territory and shape its presence at the point of sale (POS). You will implement the company vision of bringing sustainable and healthy products into grocery retail. Your most important tools are your strong communication skills and authentic presence, with which you will inspire customers and partners on site.

You will work closely with decision-makers in grocery retail to strengthen Huel’s presence and boost sales. You will develop creative ideas and concepts that appeal to customers, capture their attention, and excite them about the benefits of our products.

We are now launching in Germany’s grocery retail market and looking for you. What makes us special is our individual differences. Main Responsibilities

Our mission is to make complete, sustainable meals as accessible as possible. Grocery retail is a key channel to reach a broader audience and win new customers. As part of our team you will:

  • Enthuse markets about our products and act as a brand ambassador in the field.
  • Acquire and support new grocery retail customers and visit their stores in your region every day.
  • Ensure our products are available in all stores in your region.
  • Stay in direct and constant contact with decision-makers and ensure our products are always highly visible in the market.
  • Independently plan and execute sales-promoting measures such as special displays and POS promotions, and stage them creatively.
  • Closely track your KPIs to meet your sales targets and maintain your data meticulously. You understand that complete and meaningful data and analyses are a vital part of our success.

Your Profile

  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Based in the specified region and valid class B driving license.
  • Language skills: fluent German, basic English required.
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to roll up your sleeves in the market and bring the Huel vision to life on supermarket shelves. Ideally, first experience in grocery retail.
  • Salespeople and career changers without prior sales experience are very welcome.
  • Strong communication skills and resilience—you don’t let rejection throw you off course.
  • Ability to work independently, in a structured and focused way, without losing sight of the big picture.
  • Confident use of Google Workspace, Slack, and a smartphone as essential work tools. Ideally additional experience with a common CRM system.
