Your role as Account Manager

As an Account Manager at Awin BNL, you are the main point of contact for your client portfolio and responsible for managing and optimizing their affiliate programs. You work closely with clients, colleagues and top publishers within the network to achieve the best possible results. In addition, you contribute to the development and execution of global affiliate strategies.

No day is the same: you switch between strategic meetings, analyses, creative solutions and relationship management. Collaboration and effective communication are your second nature, both in Dutch and in English.

Your responsibilities

  • Management and optimization: You take full responsibility for your client portfolio and ensure their affiliate programs grow successfully.
  • Advising: You analyze performance, share insights and advise your clients on optimizations and strategic opportunities.
  • Relationship management: You build strong relationships with both your clients and top publishers and ensure successful collaborations.
  • Reporting: You deliver clear reports and present the results to your clients.
  • Problem solving: You think proactively, solve challenges and escalate when necessary.
  • Networking: You represent Awin at client and networking events and regularly visit your clients to further strengthen relationships.

Who you are

  • Experience in account management in a relevant role within affiliate/digital marketing is a plus.
  • You have insight into affiliate campaigns, statistics and various affiliate models such as CPA/CPL.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Dutch and English.
  • You work independently, but are also a team player who can multitask XXXX XXXX effectively.
  • You have experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau or are willing to develop further in these.
  • You are enthusiastic, analytical and driven to help your clients achieve the best results.
