Impact Specialist digital care
Description
As an Impact Specialist (digital care) you are the primary point of contact for our clients and you give concrete shape to our mission: creating space for care. You build sustainable relationships with hospitals, dive into their ambitions, processes and challenges, and translate them into measurable impact with Luscii’s programmes. You take full ownership of customer success after go-live and ensure that programmes not only run but demonstrably add value for caregivers and patients.
Within Luscii you continuously safeguard and enhance the value we deliver. Together with the implementation specialist you ensure successful roll-out, optimise programmes based on data and expand them where relevant. You make results transparent and actionable, both for the client and internally.
You identify opportunities within hospitals and help them get the most out of the platform. At the same time you are their first point of contact. You are hands-on, eager to learn and navigate easily within complex healthcare organisations. Thanks to your structured approach you ensure collaborations not only start well but remain sustainably successful and impactful.
