We are looking for an experienced and driven Project & Commercialization Manager to take a leading role in developing and delivering next?generation Electrochemical Metal Casing Removal (EMCR) technology. If you are motivated by innovation, cross?functional collaboration, and seeing ideas move all the way from concept to field operations this is the job for you.

About the Role

As our Project & Commercialization Manager EMCR, you will be responsible for end?to?end delivery of development projects within our EMCR technology portfolio. As part of the Engineering, Technology and Sustaining (ET&S) team you will lead projects through concept design, engineering, testing, commercialization, and final deployment. The role works closely with engineering, operations, supply chain, and product line management and is central to shaping future Wireline capabilities.

What You Will Do

• Lead EMCR projects from idea to field?ready deployment

• Build strong project teams and ensure clear goals, planning, and execution

• Manage budget, schedule, risks, and cross?functional coordination

• Drive lab and field testing, validation, and qualification activities

• Deliver seamless commercialization and operational readiness of new tools

• Communicate progress and deliver technical updates internally and externally

• Support sales/marketing with technical insights and customer messaging

• Contribute to long?term product strategy and technology development

Who You Are

• Holds a Master's degree in engineering (or equivalent experience)

• At least 7 years' experience from the oil & gas industry

• Solid understanding of wireline tools and operations (required)

• Strong project leadership experience within development/engineering environments

• Structured, proactive, and able to lead cross?functional teams

• Excellent communicator with high integrity and strong safety focus
