Shape the backbone of digital identity and consumer platforms across the Nordics

We’re looking for a Consumer Platform Leader to take end-to-end ownership of some of the most critical capabilities in our consumer landscape: digital identity, authentication, g, and shared consumer platforms.

This is a senior leadership role where you’ll combine technology vision, operational excellence, and people leadership to ensure our platforms are stable, scalable, and easy to use — while enabling teams across the bank to move faster and deliver better customer experiences.

Your mission

You will lead two key areas:

  1. Nordic Identity & gOwning digital authentication and g solutions used across customer- and partner-facing journeys — with responsibility for availability, security, incidents, and continuous improvement.

  2. Consumer Platform (CMS & EPI)Providing a stable, high-performing common platform that enables consumer application teams to build independently, efficiently, and at scale.

Your focus will be on availability, standardization, re-usability, and cost efficiency, while continuously evolving the platform to meet future needs.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • End-to-end ownership of Auth, g, CMS and EPI platforms

  • Ensuring high availability, performance, and incident readiness

  • Driving 6–18 month platform and domain roadmaps with commercial and IT stakeholders

  • Leading planning, prioritisation, and backlog ownership in line with business priorities

  • Balancing run, change, and transformation — from maintenance to migrations and obsolescence

  • Maximising standardisation and “out-of-the-box” platform delivery to application teams

  • Driving cross-team collaboration and removing delivery roadblocks

  • Providing transparency on investments, maintenance, and platform health

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to business and IT leadership

  • Developing talent and building a high-engagement, high-performing team

  • Owning 2nd line support within the platform’s scope

  • High availability and success rates for Auth & g

  • Reduced implementation time for application teams

  • Controlled and optimized unit costs

  • Reduced obsolescence and vulnerabilities

This role sits at the heart of the organization and requires strong stakeholder management across multiple domains. This role can be located in any of our five Nordic locations (Lysaker, Hvidovre, Solna, Helsinki or Stavanger).
