Key Responsibilities
Design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-quality software solutions that support Øglænd System’s business objectives.
Establish best practices, coding standards, and development workflows for the software team.
Work closely with stakeholders, including product managers and business leaders, to define project requirements and deliverables.
Make critical technical decisions regarding architecture, frameworks, and technologies.
Promote a DevOps culture and champion continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
Ensure code quality, security, scalability, and maintainability across all projects.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, recommending new tools and processes as needed.
Make sure software solutions developed in Øglænd System are compliant with Hilti Global IT requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in fullstack software development, including significant experience with both frontend and backend technologies.
Strong expertise in modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js for frontend, and Node.js,.NET, or similar for backend.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
Strong communication skills in English (Norwegian language skills are a plus).
Desirable Skills
Experience in industrial or manufacturing software solutions.
Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
