Interim Supplier Data Manager

We are looking for an interim Supplier Data Manager to an international company in Stockholm. The assignment is full time for 12 months and will start in March. This assignment is most suitable for a junior consultant i.e. maximum 3-4 years of experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and administering supplier master data in IFS 10, including supporting data cleaning, harmonization, and migration activities during the ERP upgrade to IFS Cloud.- Managing supplier master data tickets in ServiceNow and ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.- Developing and implementing standardized procedures for supplier onboarding, validation, and ongoing maintenance in collaboration with Procurement, Finance, and Compliance.- Acting as the primary contact for supplier data inquiries, supporting colleagues globally, and contributing to governance and escalation frameworks.- Generating reports, performing data quality checks, and supporting internal audits and external reporting requirements.

We are looking for someone with at least two years of experience in finance or purchasing, strong analytical capabilities, and advanced skills in Office 365 — especially Excel. Experience working with ERP systems such as IFS and collaborating with cross-functional, international stakeholders is highly valued. You are fluent in English and able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
