M&A Associate

Thanks to our continued growth and increased focus on M&A, Beijer Alma is looking to add an M&A Associate to our team in Stockholm. Your role will include but not be limited to:

  • Project analysis, project management and execution of M&A transactions- Assist the M&A team with sourcing, origination, and execution of various projects.- Target screening and in-depth evaluation, preparing valuation materials- Preparing materials to the Beijer Alma board of director- Due diligence activities and taking part in offerings and negotiations In addition, you will be working closely with the group management team. We are looking for you who have:
  • A master’s or bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or engineering from a leading business school or university- 2-3 yrs experience from corporate finance M&A boutiques or M&A at the BIG4 Advisory teams with a focus on the SME transaction segment.- Strong excel valuation/modelling and analytical skills
  • with an outstanding attention to detail- Strong presentation skills in Swedish and English and project management- A highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and ambitious personality with a genuine interest in business development- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Beijer Alma is an industrial technology group listed on Nasdaq OMX with a market cap of ca.
