The Risk, Legal & Compliance team at Finance Recruitment specialises in the headhunting of specialists within the financial sector. We count some of Sweden’s most prominent Banks, insurance companies, Private Equity Funds, Family Offices and Financial Institutions as our clients, who we support with human capital ranging from senior to C level positions.
We are differentiated by our specialist market knowledge, proactivity and niche focus.
We launched our offering in Risk, Legal & Compliance in mid-2025, complementing our Finance & Accounting, and Private Equity recruitment teams.
The Risk, Legal and Compliance team is led by XXXX XXXX. We are looking to expand the team to hire an additional recruitment consultant to work with XXXX XXXX, helping us further expend our offering and deliver high-quality service to our clients.
As a recruitment consultant at Finance Recruitment your role will include but not be limited to:
- Proactively building a strong network of the best candidates within the finance industry ensuring you have strong up to date market knowledge
- Developing client relationships, always working with a long-term perspective in mind
- Managing recruitment processes from start to finish including pitching, sourcing, targeting, interviewing, coordinating and closing
- Being a team player by supporting and helping your colleagues with whatever knowledge you can bring to the table to help them fill the processes they are actively recruiting
The person
We are ideally looking for someone who has worked within the recruitment industry, preferably in a role where you have been responsible for both managing recruitment processes and some level of client relationship management.
In a perfect world, you will have a network within Risk, Legal or Compliance functions, but failing that, some knowledge of the Financial Services industry is enough coupled with a willingness to build a network over time.
Furthermore, you will need to be organised, diligent and enjoy interacting with job seekers and clients. You must have a positive, goal-oriented winning mentality with a high degree of resilience and self-motivation.
