We are looking for a Development Director II to join our Frostbite Core Services ACE team, focused on developer efficiency & quality. Reporting directly to the Leader of Engine Development, you will lead a team of software engineers delivering AI-powered workflow automation, orchestration, and developer-facing tools that scale across Frostbite and our game team partners.

What You’ll Do

• Lead engineering teams delivering end-to-end AI workflows for the Frostbite engine and game team partners;
• Lead project planning, execution, risk management, and cross-team alignment;
• Partner with central AI platform teams and game teams to define use cases, validate value, and drive adoption;
• Establish processes that support rapid iteration, high-quality delivery, and effective onboarding;
• Build and coach a high-performing team while promoting a collaborative, inclusive culture.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience leading technical teams and complex, multi-stakeholder projects;
• Strong background in project leadership and process optimization;
• Experience guiding teams through change, especially in rapidly evolving technical domains;
• Experience communicating and collaborating across teams;
• Familiarity with developer workflows or AI/automation technologies (bonus);
• Experience in game development, platform engineering, or large-scale software environments (bonus).
