Calibration engineer

We are looking for several experienced development engineers who have experience from propulsion control systems with regard to calibration and optimization of different Powertrains. Experience from Petrol or Diesel engines, hybrids or electric systems are relevant.

Several work areas need to be strengthened, ranging from control system development to engine calibration. You will help identify areas for improvement and ensure that calibrations across control units are aligned. You will have overall responsibility, including validation, for the calibration process.

To succeed in this role you need to:

Have a university degree in mechanical engineering or similar

Have 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry

Have experience with control system calibration, OBDII diagnosis and / or exhaust after-treatment

Be fluent in spoken and written English, proficiency in Swedish is a plus

It is meritorious if you have knowledge of engine optimization, drivability and fuel consumption or emission, calibration and/or functionality. Knowledge of various tools in the engine area, diagnosis and control system experience is an advantage.
