Service Administrator
Description
Key Role &and Responsibilities Support the planning, scheduling and control and all administrative functions incidental to the running of the Field Service or Workshop operations. Review daily Work In Progress (WIP) i.e Parts ordering, Labour and Miscellaneous booking. Provide customer quotations Work order opening and closing meeting the last labour date to invoice KPI. Administer labour hours booking and vehicle mileage on jobs Support the backlog process by timely and accurately ordering backlog parts requested. Contract (CVA) Administration including follow up for POs, providing documentation to support customer invoices and performing other administrative functions as required by customer. Develop and circulate monthly Service KPI reports Ensure documentation & Filing is done in accordance with the group Service administration procedures. Keep all records in the MS Team Portal or Group portal depending on access. Organizing weekly WIP meetings for the purpose of updates with Service Management and OF& Admin. Work side by side with planning ensuring jobs are executed in a timely manner Perform other work that will be assigned by the Service Admin & Planning Manager / Direct Report.
