This key role will oversee Plans, the activities of the Operating, mixing and blending machines,Monitor mixing processes to ensure even and thorough blending make sure that the mixing activities optimizing mix quality confirm the quality aspects. Operate mixing and blending machines 2. Read and interpret mixing instructions and recipes 3. Measure and load ingredients into mixer machines 4. Monitor mixing processes to ensure even and thorough blending 5. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines 6. Maintain accurate production records and logs 7. Adjust machinery settings to optimize mix quality 8. Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas 9. Coordinate with team members to manage workflow and production schedules 10. Inspect raw materials for quality and consistency 11. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns 12. Check the accuracy of measuring devices and machinery settings as needed
