Department — Tendering and Estimation Department Position : Quantity Surveyor (Tendering) Ref : EC-2026-018 Vacancies : 1 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Quantity Surveyor (Tendering) will prepare Bills of Quantities and cost estimates for tendering purposes, review tender drawings and specifications to ensure all scope items are captured, and assist in pricing strategies through market rate analyses and cost benchmarking data. The role coordinates with estimation engineers to reconcile quantities and costs for tender submissions, prepares preliminary budgets and feasibility cost reports, maintains the company's cost database, and assists in post-tender negotiations with detailed quantity and cost breakdowns.
