The purpose of preparing these manuals and policies is to realize the company’s vision, mission, and objectives and it is also intended to establish an efficient, effective, and competitive organizational structure and operational system. To ensure profitability and meet the expectations shareholders and demand of the country, as well as to enhance efficiency and competitiveness, the company has recognized the need to develop various operational manuals.
