Company Description Organic Liquid Fertilizer Producing PLC (known by the trade name „Eco Green‟) is a legal entity registered in 2008 in accordance with Commercial Registration and Business License Proclamation number 980/2008 of the FDRE. As the name indicates, the Company produces 100% ORGANIC Liquid Fertilizer which is rich in microbes, improves soil fertility, increases the productivity and quality of the crop, and significantly cuts fertilizer costs. It has been bestowed different national and international awards including, but not limited to, “Prestigious Science Innovation Award in 2007 E.C.” from the hands of the former FDRE Prime Minister H/XXXX XXXX, “Climate Innovation Prize in 2009 E.C” from Ethiopian Climate Innovation Centre, and “The Best Entrepreneurship of the year Award in 2015 G.C.” from UNDP. Powered by our passion for sustainable farming Employment Type:  Full-Time Experience Level:  Mid-Senior Level Reporting to:  General Deputy Manager Deadline:  March 08, 2026 Purpose of the role The Office and Sales Administration supervisor will attend to the day-to-day in t e r na l customer-focused activities of the company and work with a small team consisting of factory production, finance, General Services, and human resources administrative staff members. Duties include, but are not limited to, all activities associated with working in a company's business, including Office Management, Sales, HR supervising, and purchasing. Main Responsibilities Office Management Maintaining office systems, consumables, stock, cleanliness, and tidiness Collecting, compiling department   reports, and   issuing       as                   required   by      the D/G/Manager Maintaining and ensuring adherence to the company's business management systems. Ensuring company policies and procedures are up to date and adhered to by all staff Enduring employee and external parties' contract agreements are up to date. Ensure all telephone calls, all company social media, and emails are answered promptly Develop/maintain office   procedures/filing systems; manage schedules, meetings, travel; handle correspondence. Manage   office   budgets, monitor   spending, prepare                petty    cash          consumption summary/reports, process invoices/expense claims, and negotiate with vendors by using all the ERP processes. Order stationery/equipment; oversee  office layout/maintenance/repairs; supervise/administer staff (recruitment, training, appraisals). Always go the extra mile for Assisting CEO, top-level managers, and work as per their strategy. Perform all activities as directed by the GM and DGM. Acting as the front office supervisor Ensuring all employees are kept fully informed about new directions and notices that are authorized by the CEO, GM, and DGM.
