Position:  Branch Supervisor  Location:  Goro Branch, Addis Ababa  Gender:  Male/Female Employment Type:  Full-time (Flexible) Role Overview MALTT Enterprise  is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Supervisor to oversee our operations at the Goro branch, encompassing our Restaurant, Coffee House, and Bakery services. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong sense of accountability, dedicated to maintaining high operational standards and ensuring excellence in service delivery. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Direct and coordinate branch staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate daily sales, financial, and operational reports to ensure transparency and informed decision-making. Food Safety & Quality Assurance: Strictly monitor food preparation processes and maintain rigorous hygiene (HACCP) and sanitation standards. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily branch operations, including customer relationship management, inventory control, and service quality monitoring.
