Installed, configured, and upgraded computer hardware, software, and network equipment. Ensured data security, system backups, and disaster recovery readiness. Monitored network performance and implemented system improvements. Coordinated with external vendors and service providers for IT-related requirements. Assisted in planning and executing IT projects aligned with company goals. Manage website. Manage and support ERP System
