Chief Manufacturing Officer DEADLINE        March 31, 2026 JOB DESCRIPTION Ethio Impact Consulting Plc is looking for a Chief Manufacturing Officer  on behalf of Beaeka General Business Pvt. Ltd Company. The Chief Manufacturing Officer (CMO) is responsible for strategic leadership, governance, and performance oversight of all manufacturing businesses within the company. The position ensures that all manufacturing subsidiaries operate efficiently, safely, and profitably, delivering consistent product quality at competitive cost, while complying with Group governance frameworks, operational standards, and regulatory requirements. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  Develop and execute Group manufacturing strategy aligned with corporate objectives; advise the Group CEO on performance, risks, and investment needs. Oversee financial and operational performance of manufacturing subsidiaries—holding Managing Directors accountable for cost, productivity, quality, safety, and profitability. Establish Group manufacturing standards, KPIs, and best practices; drive lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives. Enforce Group QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) standards; promote zero-accident, zero-defect culture and ensure regulatory compliance. Oversee plant capacity planning, asset utilization, preventive maintenance, and lifecycle management; support capital expenditure and expansion projects. Coordinate with procurement and supply chain to ensure material availability, cost efficiency, and supply resilience. Provide leadership and technical oversight to Manufacturing Managing Directors; ensure compliance with Group policies, DOA, and governance frameworks. Identify and mitigate manufacturing risks (operational, quality, safety, capacity) support internal/external audits and corrective actions. Drive capability development, succession planning, and knowledge sharing across manufacturing teams and units.
