The position is structured to report to the Country Lead-Financial Planning and Analysis. Key purpose statement. The purpose of this role is to provide strategic financial planning, modeling, analysis, and reporting to support the organization's commercial and supply chain operations. Key responsibilities include coordinating with finance partners to consolidate, analyze, and present various budget cycles; developing financial models and analytical tools; conducting in-depth variance analysis and providing insightful commentary; delivering accurate and impactful financial reporting; managing data and systems; optimizing finance processes; ensuring governance and compliance; and providing project support and performance tracking. The analyst leverages financial expertise to drive strategic decision-making and enable the commercial and supply chain functions to achieve their objectives.
