Quality Check Technician

Department     Office of the Plant Manager Reports To     Plant Manager 1. Job Purpose / Role Summary Supports the Quality Control Officer in conducting in-process and final quality checks on coffee lots being processed at the facility, maintaining accurate quality records. 2. Key Responsibilities Collect representative samples from production lines at specified intervals and carry out physical quality assessments (defect count, screen size, moisture spot-check). Record quality check results in the daily quality log and submit to the Quality Control Officer. Flag any out-of-specification results immediately to the QC Officer and Shift Leader. Maintain cleanliness and calibration of quality testing tools (sieves, moisture meter, weighing scales). Assist in pre-shipment lot sampling and quality documentation. Support the QC Officer during ECTA inspection visits.
