Kavod Real Estate PLC is seeking a highly capable Senior Talent Acquisition Officer to lead and execute end-to-end recruitment activities across Kavod Commercial Malls. The role is instrumental in ensuring the attraction, selection, and onboarding of high-quality talent aligned with the company’s growth strategy and operational demands. Core Duties and Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with workforce planning and business expansion needs. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through diverse sourcing channels, including job portals, referrals, and professional networks. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, selection criteria, and ensure quality hiring outcomes. Enhance employer branding and ensure a professional and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Monitor and analyze recruitment performance metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) and provide actionable insights.
