Job Title: Chef  Location: Addis Ababa Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Chef with expertise in Ethiopian and international cuisines to prepare delicious meals, maintain high kitchen standards, and ensure consistent quality in taste and presentation. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of Ethiopian dishes (e.g., Doro Wat, Kitfo, Tibs, Injera) and select international dishes Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and portioning of all meals Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times Manage ingredient inventory and ensure proper storage Assist in menu planning and seasonal recipe development Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily operations Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
