Description
The objective of a Sales Representative is to receive customer orders, facilitate calls, and Issue invoices to ensure customer satisfaction and sales volume. Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads, schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers. Apply cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Ensure monthly sales volume targets are met or exceeded Enhance focus on account development. Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts. Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review. Issuing invoices for collected orders from customers. Negotiating and collecting orders from clients. Maintaining client record Facilitate delivery of items Ensure accuracy in Business Central and PEDS Document Complaints in System and Excel Format Maintain Detailed Records and Follow-Up Updates
