Role Summary The Delivery Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall execution of daily delivery operations, ensuring fast order fulfillment, high rider availability, service quality, and smooth coordination between dispatch, rider operations, merchant support, and customer support teams. Key Responsibilities • Monitor daily order volume, completion rate, and delivery time performance • Coordinate dispatch, rider operations, and call center teams • Identify and resolve operational crises in real-time • Improve delivery speed, reliability, and customer satisfaction • Track operational KPIs and prepare performance reports • Ensure peak-hour readiness across zones • Lead daily operations briefings and shift planning
