Senior Coffee Cupper

Conduct daily cupping sessions to evaluate coffee quality, consistency, and defects. Score and profile coffee according to  aroma, flavor, acidity, body. Provide detailed reports and recommendations to production, roasting, and export teams. Maintain cupping records and ensure traceability of batches. Train junior staff and farmers on sensory evaluation and defect identification. Support marketing and buyer presentations with professional cupping sessions. Ensure compliance with Ethiopian Coffee & Tea Authority standards and international specialty coffee protocols.
