Restaurant Manager

Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations Manage and train restaurant staff Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Control inventory, ordering, and cost management Prepare staff schedules  Work with the kitchen team to maintain menu quality Room Service and on occasions VIP service in other areas of the hotel for our esteemed guests  Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies
