This key role will oversee Plans, schedules and manages the quality controlling activities and follow the manufacturing of the PVC pipes and fittings to ensure that the products meet quality standards consistently.Ensures that the manufacturing machines and equipment function properly and are able to increase the production efficiencies. Develops, implements, and manages the production processes to ensure that the products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery. • 302  1.2 Job Title: …............................Quality Control Division Head  1.3 Department: …........................Manufacturing Plant (Factory)  1.4 Reports To: ……………..........The Factory Manager  Job Summary:  Under the direction of the factory manager:  Plans, organizes, directs and controls the activities of the quality control functions.  Develops, maintains and implements a system of quality and reliability testing for the company’s products and processes.  Make sure that the production activities confirm the quality aspects.  Duties and Responsibilities:  Plans, schedules and manages the quality control activities.  Oversees the manufacturing of the PVC pipes and fittings to ensure that the products meet quality standards consistently.  Ensures that the manufacturing machines and equipment function properly and are able to increase the production efficiencies.  Develops, implements, and manages the production processes to ensure that the products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery. Communicates quality standards and parameters to the quality assurance team, and other appropriate staff.  Documents quality assurance activities with internal reporting.  Evaluates the productivity of the machines and equipment to ensure continued production and minimal downtime.  Maintains complaints and non-conformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions. Prepares a ratio for the mixing of chemicals, and raw materials and follows up the results.  Maintains compliance regarding the quality of the products.  Assures that the products produced meet quality standards.    Communicates regularly with higher management regarding issues impacting trends and opportunities for improvement.  Reports on the quality control activities on a regular basis to the factory manager.  Performs other related duties as assigned by the factory manager.
