Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Manager

Key Purpose Statement To lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's Safety, Health, and Environment strategy, ensuring compliance with Ethiopian regulations and international standards while fostering a culture of safety excellence across all construction sites and operations. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement SHE strategy, goals, and performance indicators aligned with business objectives Oversee the SHE Management System in compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other relevant standards. Ensure compliance with Ethiopian OSH regulations, environmental regulations, and legal requirements. Lead risk assessment processes and implement effective control measures. Investigate serious incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. Monitor SHE performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for senior management. Establish SHE requirements for contractors and oversee compliance.
