POSITION SUMMARY: The individual in this role is responsible for enhancing the profitability of the hotel business by implementing effective financial strategies and monitoring performance metrics. This includes maintaining accurate and timely financial reports to provide a clear overview of the hotel's financial health. They must also establish and uphold appropriate levels of internal control to safeguard the organization’s assets and ensure operational efficiency. Additionally, the individual must ensure strict compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, staying informed about legal requirements to mitigate risks and uphold the hotel’s reputation in the industry.
