The company is committed to producing high-quality salt products and supplying the Ethiopian market while maintaining high standards of efficiency, safety, and product quality.    Job Summary     The Plant Manager will oversee the overall operations of the salt production and processing plant in Semera. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, supervising plant personnel, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience and a background in FMCG manufacturing environments.    Key Responsibilities     Plan, organize, and manage daily plant operations and production activities.  Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining product quality.  Implement and monitor FMCG production standards and quality control procedures.  Supervise plant staff including supervisors, technicians, and operational teams.  Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.  Monitor plant performance and identify improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.  Coordinate preventive maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.  Manage production planning, raw material utilization, and inventory control.  Prepare operational and production reports for management.  Coordinate with logistics, finance, and sales teams to support business operations.
