Department — BIM & Digital Engineering Department Position : BIM & Digital Engineering Department Manager Ref : EC-2026-010 Vacancies : 1 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The BIM & Digital Engineering Department Manager will lead and manage the department, set strategies, standards, and technology roadmaps, and develop and maintain the organisation's BIM Execution Plan aligned with ISO 19650. The role oversees the adoption of digital tools including 4D scheduling, 5D cost integration, and digital twins, coordinates with design disciplines to ensure models are federated and clash-free, drives innovation by piloting emerging technologies, and develops BIM training curricula and competency frameworks for all staff.
