Position - F& B Cost controller Required no- 1 Applicants needed - male / female Salary - based on scale Duties & Responsibilities Monitor and control food and beverage costs to maximize profitability Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports and identify variances Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock records Review purchase orders, invoices, and supplier pricing for accuracy Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to control waste and portioning Develop and maintain standard recipes and costing sheets Ensure proper storage and stock rotation practices. Prepare financial and operational reports for management Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
