Job Title: Cost and Inventory Management lead Department: Finance Reporting To: Finance Head Main Duties and Responsibilities: TB and GL Clearing and check the completeness with respect to accuracy- all accounts - Asset balances Preparing cost buildup sheet for import of products and its reconciliation Take full responsibility in monthly inventory report and counts and clear discripancy Inventory valuation and management Importation review and foreign purchase alignment with import teams Manages the preparation of monthly COGS & Overhead reports for each business units Manage company fixed asset coding and registration Follow up an adjustment and month end JV postings (assets and Inventories) Ensuring books of records are kept in line with IFRSs and local tax laws, preparation of financial reports and forecasts for tax purpose Reconcile inventory records with general ledger balances. Analyze cost variances and support product pricing strategies. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform reconciliation across Kaliti and Project Warehouse Control asset with respect to stock card and GL Monitor and enforce asset registration, tagging, and depreciation schedu Track CAPEX progress and ensure correct capitalization Supervise product and project cost tracking, ensuring proper allocation and valuation in Odoo ER Generate cost variance analysis and support budget contr Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and procurement for physical verification and compliance assist in reviewing Monitor accounting and ODO reports for accuracy and completeness. Resolve accounting discrepancies./asset parts Verification of Invoices for vendors Performs other related tasks as deemed necessary Key Competency Problem solving and Critical thinking Collaboration and team work Business Acumen Detail oriented and proactiveness
