Senior Mechanical Engineer

Our company A Two Electro-Mechanical is looking to hire applicants for the two vacant positions listed below. Scope of the Role Responsible for leading the mechanical engineering section and ensuring high-quality design, performance, and execution of mechanical systems. The role includes overseeing HVAC, firefighting systems, cost estimation, and project implementation while ensuring compliance with international standards and project specifications. Key Roles and Responsibilities  Leadership and Coordination Lead and supervise the mechanical engineering team, ensuring design quality and technical performance. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. Represent the company professionally in meetings and technical discussions.  Mechanical System Design Design, review, and supervise mechanical systems including HVAC, ventilation, and firefighting systems. Perform heating and cooling load calculations and equipment selection. ➢ Prepare and review mechanical drawings, specifications, and design documentation. ➢ Ensure compliance with international engineering standards such as ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA, and CIBSE. BOQ and Cost Management Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for mechanical works including HVAC and firefighting systems. Evaluate contractor quotations and assist in procurement and cost control. Project Execution Supervise installation and ensure compliance with design drawings and specifications.  Coordinate testing, commissioning, and project handover. Payment Certification Verify contractor progress and completed work.  Prepare and review payment certificates based on verified work quantities and project milestones. Location: A.A
