Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Technical Implementation Support (TIS) Department. Oversee technical implementation of IT systems, platforms, and solutions. Coordinate installation, configuration, and deployment of software and hardware solutions. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for operational systems. Ensure smooth integration of new technologies into company operations. Supervise technical staff responsible for system implementation and support. Maintain IT infrastructure reliability, including networks, servers, and security systems. Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and operational standards. Prepare technical reports and provide updates to management regarding system performance and implementation progress
