FG Warehouse Lead

The FG Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and distribution of goods while maintaining safety, quality, and inventory accuracy. The role ensures operational efficiency, cost control, and compliance The FG warehouse lead is also accountable for optimizing people, processes, and technology to meet key performance indicators.  Train, coach and mentor Storekeepers, forklift operator, reach truck operators and Helpers.  Lead operation. Perform daily reconciliation of the ERP system and actual stock balance.  develop strong relationships with Distribution, sales, Agent crew and Addis warehouse team. § Set warehouse working hours jointly with sales and distribution team and implement. Works towards innovating ways of increasing safety in the workplace when doing his/her work.
