Department — Planning and Monitoring Department Position : Quantity Surveyor (Planning & Monitoring) Ref : EC-2026-024 Vacancies : 1 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Quantity Surveyor (Planning & Monitoring) will conduct interim valuations and prepare payment certificates for contractors and subcontractors, measure and verify completed works on site against approved drawings and specifications, and evaluate variation orders and change requests with cost assessments. The role assists in final account preparation, maintains project cost databases and provides cost reporting inputs, supports claims evaluation and dispute resolution with measurement-based evidence, and participates in site inspections and progress verification exercises.
