Visionary is working to become strategic engine for African storytelling. As the company scales up infrastructure to lead the regional creative economy, we are seeking a high-caliber Office Operations & Communications Coordinator to serve as our brand's professional Face and operational communication anchor. THE ROLE This is a critical position designed for a talent who values the Industrial Standard. Working directly under our Post-Production Manager and Senior Editor, you will be the backbone of our technical workflow managing high-end cinema media, maintaining flawless project organization, and preparing sequences for final finishing and color grading. Media Architecture: Manage ingest and rigorous backup protocols for RED/Arri/Sony raw footage. Project Mastery: Maintain project organization that allows for seamless collaboration across the department. Technical Prep: Syncing, proxy management, and preparing timelines for Senior Editors. The Finishing Touch: Prepare sequences for Color Grading (DaVinci Resolve) and Sound Design.
