Social worker

CVM is seeking for  1 Social Worker  for each of Hadiya (Hossana) and Wolayita (Sodo) offices   3. Duties and Responsibilities: Organizes training and orientation in training courses and workshops as per project plans. Ensures that training methodology is compatible with the educational level of women and minors Promotes the active participation of all beneficiaries during training Manages activities to search for beneficiaries' families together with the governerment offices Supervises and monitors all persons trained Promotes the active involvement of relevant government offices to foster results sustainable outcomes and an active role in promoting the safe migration process. Develops a database of all persons trained and tracks them. Produce reports on monthly, quarterly, annual, semiannual basis to supervisor other duties as assigned
