Our strategic focus is to modernize our upstream operations to provide a consistent, high-volume, and high-quality supply of livestock specifically for our Canned Food Processing Plants and the domestic market. We are looking for an expert who understands the critical link between ranch-level productivity and industrial-scale canning requirements. Key Responsibilities Industrial Feedstock Optimization: Streamline ranch and feedlot operations to ensure a reliable and uninterrupted supply of livestock for the canning production line. Ranch-to-Plant Integration: Align herd management and fattening cycles with the specific production schedules and volume requirements of our canned food facilities. Standardization of Quality: Implement rigorous protocols to ensure livestock meet the uniform carcass specifications and lean-to-fat ratios required for high-quality canned meat products. Operational Diagnosis: Conduct thorough assessments of ranch operations to identify bottlenecks in the supply chain, labor discipline, and livestock transport logistics. Modern Ranch Management: Oversee the implementation of sustainable grazing, breeding efficiency, and mechanized livestock handling at the ranch level. Efficiency & Cost Control: Optimize nutritional formulations to ensure cost-effective weight gain, directly impacting the final competitiveness of the canned products.
