Job Summary UNITECH E POWWR & TRADING PLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Officer with 0–1 year of experience to support the company’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining hardware, software, and network systems while providing technical support to staff. Key Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support to employees (hardware, software, and network issues) Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment Assist in managing company networks, including LAN/WAN and internet connectivity Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly Support software installations, updates, and user account management Maintain IT inventory and documentation Ensure data security, backups, and antivirus protection Assist in implementing IT policies and procedures
