Job Description Adulina Coffee Exporter PLC is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing of green coffee, operational supplies, and services. The role includes supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, procurement planning, and ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant supply chains to support company operations. The Procurement Manager will play a critical leadership role in securing high-quality inputs while maintaining operational efficiency and supplier performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals. Source and manage suppliers for green coffee, equipment, and operational supplies. Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service-level agreements. Monitor supplier performance, quality, delivery, and compliance. Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Finance teams on supply planning and forecasting. Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and regulatory compliance documentation.
