Senior Auditor (Certified)

TACON PLC SARL is establishing a strengthened Internal Audit function with independent authority across all branches and operational units. This senior appointment will play a critical role in safeguarding assets, evaluating internal controls, and providing independent assurance to senior leadership in line with international professional audit standards. TACON PLC SARL invites qualified candidates to apply for the following position within the Internal Audit Unit   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Senior Auditor will plan and execute complex internal audit engagements across all branches and divisions, identify internal control weaknesses, and provide actionable corrective recommendations. The role leads audit exit meetings with managers and department heads, prepares comprehensive audit reports with risk ratings and action plans, monitors implementation of audit recommendations, and reports directly and independently to senior leadership on findings and risk mitigation strategies in line with international professional audit standards.   📍  Salary: Negotiable but attractive. ℹ️ Employment Term: Permanent.  📍 Duty Station: Guinea, Conakry
