Department — ENGINEERING & TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT Position : Quantity Surveyor (Design) Ref : EC-2026-009 Vacancies : 1 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Quantity Surveyor (Design) will prepare detailed Bills of Quantities for architectural, structural, and MEP works, conduct cost estimates at various design stages, and perform material take-offs from drawings and BIM models. The role assists in value engineering exercises, reviews contractor payment applications and variation orders, maintains cost databases and historical project cost records, and prepares feasibility cost studies and order-of-magnitude estimates to support design and budgeting decisions.
