Responsible for overseeing all import and export operations, ensuring efficient logistics, compliance, and trade documentation. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Leadership: Develops commercial strategies, sets KPIs, and identifies new business opportunities to expand international or local trade operations. Operations & Logistics: Oversees supply chain, procurement, and import/export documentation, ensuring efficient, on-time delivery of goods. Financial Management: Manages budgets, pricing strategies, cost control, and profitability analysis. Stakeholder Engagement: Negotiates with key suppliers and clients to build high-value partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction. Team Leadership: Leads, mentors, and hires staff to build a high-performance, compliant, and accountable team.
