- Position: Finance Manager Job Summary Mirsrak Food Complex PLC is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Finance Manager to lead and oversee the financial operations of the company. The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring strong internal controls to support the company’s strategic objectives. Key Duties and Responsibilities Plan, organize, direct, and control the financial activities of the company. Prepare and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts. Produce accurate and timely financial statements and management reports. Ensure compliance with Ethiopian financial regulations and tax requirements. Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk. Supervise and provide leadership to the finance and accounting team. Coordinate internal and external audits. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal control systems. Advise senior management on financial planning and strategic decision-making.
