JOB DECRIPTION Manages the front desk, acting as the primary point of contact by greeting visitors, answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls. The handle essential administrative duties, including managing mail, scheduling appointments, maintaining office security (e.g., visitor logs), and keeping the reception area tidy. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Visitor Management: Greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors appropriately. Communication Hub: Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls; taking messages. Administrative Support: Sorting mail, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, filing, and photocopying. Front Office Maintenance: Ensuring the reception area is tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary supplies. Security & Safety: Monitoring logbooks, issuing visitor badges, and following safety procedures. Clerical Tasks: Handling correspondence, arranging travel, and preparing vouchers
