TACON PLC SARL oversees procurement, warehouse operations, customs coordination, and inventory governance across its construction and infrastructure projects in Guinea and West Africa. As project volumes increase, the Logistics Division is reinforcing its team to improve procurement transparency, ensure material availability aligned with project schedules, and reduce supply chain risk exposure. TACON PLC SARL invites qualified candidates to apply for the following positions within the Logistics Division The Procurement Department Manager  will develop procurement strategies and annual plans, approve RFQs, tender evaluations, and supplier selection decisions, and negotiate major contracts and long-term supply agreements. The role manages both foreign and local procurement teams, maintains a procurement KPI dashboard, and ensures full transparency and governance across all procurement activities in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. 📍  Salary: Negotiable but attractive. ℹ️  Employment Term: Permanent.  📍  Duty Statio n: Guinea, Conakry
