Senior Inventory Controller

The Senior Inventory Controller will oversee inventory management activities, including tracking, reconciliation, reporting, and process improvement. The role requires a proactive professional who can maintain accurate inventory records, minimize losses, and collaborate closely with the finance and operations teams. Manage and monitor inventory levels for all raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods. Ensure accurate recording of all inventory movements and reconciliations. Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions. Collaborate with production, procurement, and finance teams to optimize stock levels and reduce holding costs. Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce discrepancies.
